Processing time
Orders ship within 3 business days of being placed. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. You’ll get an email with tracking information once your order ships.

U.S. shipping rates
Orders over $50 ship free within the U.S. Smaller orders ship from $4.90. The exact cost for your order is shown at checkout before you pay.

International shipping
We ship to many countries, including Canada, the U.K., and Australia. Rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order.

Delivery time
Delivery time after your order ships depends on the shipping option you choose at checkout.

Damaged or incorrect orders
Please inspect your order when it arrives. If your candle arrives damaged, or you received the wrong item, email us at nontoxma@gmail.com with your order number and a photo, and we’ll make it right.
